- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★We rented a car for 3 days to explore the Cotswolds and had a very good experience with Europcar and their staff. We are from the States and arent used to driving a) on the other side of the car, and b) on English roads. The customer service agent spent a lot of time with us showing us features of the car and giving us turn-by-turn directions to get onto the road to our destination. We didnt have an international plan on our phone so the agent mapped out our route on his phone so we could see a map. He knew we were unfamiliar with the area and the roads so he gave us a road atlas for good measure. He went out of his way to set us at ease. Our car return to Heathrow was quick and easy, as well.
