Agency Manageres ( who claims she is an ex matron) has poor communication skills not only with her staff but also with the people they care for in the community , in our experience . She is unhelpful and very defensive if you ask questions about evidence of staff qualifications. Nursing staff ok . Four really good nursing staff to date, cannot comment on the rest. manageresses knowledge of providing good care, hygiene and basic respect for patient needs is very poor. JAZZIE
